Step 1 - Your Needs and Goals

We discuss what your needs are now and work out a strategy how we can achieve your current needs and future goals. 

 

To achieve this we need to assess your current situation which includes your borrowing capacity with the assistance of a mortgage broker, and cash flow projections if it is  to be purchased as an investment property.

 

We will assist you to purchase the type of property you require whether it be to live in or an investment for yourself or your self managed super fund. 

 

Step 2 - Property Selection and Location

Once we have established your borrowing capacity we will provide you with choices from many types of properties, and different locations that will achieve your needs and long term goals. 

 

We have over 100 property choices that you will make into a short list based on your selection process.

 

You will inspect the locations and display homes and make your final choice.

 

Step 3 - Purchasing your Property and Settlement

We are now in the final stage now that we have established your borrowing capacity and you have chosen the property and location.

 

Your property will be purchased subject to finance approval. The mortgage broker will organise an application with your preferred lender and once the loan is approved the purchase is declared unconditional and construction will commence and will settle on a set date.

 

Depending on the time it takes to complete the construction you will settle on the property and be the proud owner of your new home or investment.
